Empowering foster children through community, the arts and education are the fundamental building blocks of “Raised by Wolves.” Our movement is an attempt to reclaim this phrase as one that is not just associated with outcasts, the unruly or uncivil, but instead as a symbol of a pack-like unity, resilient independence and fierce inner strength.
